Maximize your exercise with this cool exercise finder over at Divine.ca.
You select the part of the body you want to work on (for me it’s the areas I need to work on…I never find myself wanting to do squats haha). The finder will then give you several workouts just for that area. Also shows how to correctly do push ups, crunches, squats, lunges and more. Very cool tool, so I had to share.
